Cancel or amend an order

I want to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

If would like to cancel your order please contact us with your order number and we will issue a refund. 

However if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please follow our Returns procedure.

Delivery Information

 

We offer same day courier dispatch from our German warehouse on all headphones and speakers if ordered before 12pm CET Monday – Friday, excluding German public holidays.

Accessories are dispatched by 1st Class UK Air Mail from the Bowers & Wilkins factory headquarters in the UK.

Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times in your region:

Orders placed at the weekend or on a DE/UK public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to Islands. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or overseas military addresses.

We do not deliver to Andorra, Azores, Campione d'Italia, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Lichtenstein, Madeira, Malta, Melilla, Monaco and Netherlands Antilles.

At times deliveries may experience delays beyond our control.

Pick In Progress means your order is currently being processed.

Shipped means your item has been dispatched and is on its way - you can track its progress via the courier link or by logging into your account.

*Note: Accessory orders are dispatched via 1st Class UK Airmail and cannot be tracked.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn't arrived you can track it online by logging into your account.

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period contact us.

My order is incomplete

Multiple items may arrive separately – however if there are items missing in your order contact us.

My order is damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Bowers & Wilkins engineers its products to provide consistently great sound. Try our products at home for 30 days and find out why we’re the best in our field for top quality audio when you shop directly with us.

If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right for you simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.

We recommend using a courier who can provide a tracked delivery service.

Once received, we will send you an email confirmation and refund you via the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Repairs

 

Before arranging the repair of an apparently faulty or broken product, please visit our product support section or contact our support team who can guide you through the product’s set-up process.

If your product was purchased less than 30 days ago, you can return it for a refund and then reorder a new product online if you require a replacement. After that time, a product can be repaired according to its warranty conditions.

All orders include German VAT, except orders delivered to Belgium, France, Netherlands & Spain which have the local rate of tax applied.
