Cancel or amend an order
I want to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel your order prior to your item being dispatched.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact Customer Support on 02 9196 8990 between 09:00 and 17:00 AEST Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays), or contact us online with your order number and we will issue a refund.
However, if your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
Amending an order
If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Delivery
Due to COVID-19 - Some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control. Business is continuing on our website and we, along with our courier company have taken the following precautions in line with Government advice to minimise contact and reduce risk of spreading the virus:
· Hand sanitiser being used when handling goods.
· Drivers will not need signatures on delivery.
· All personnel will keep the recommended 2m distance on delivery.
We offer free same day shipping on all headphones & speakers if ordered before 12:30pm AEST Monday - Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.
All orders are estimated to arrive within 5 working days once shipped from our logistics facilities in Sydney.
Once your order has shipped, you can track your order on the link provided in the dispatch email.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a NSW public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Terms
We are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control.
Track your order
You can track your order by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Orders’.
Pick In Progress means your order is currently being processed.
Shipped means your item has been dispatched and is on its way - you can track its progress via the courier link or by logging into your account.
