Sources of reviews

We only publish reviews from individuals who have genuinely purchased or used the product. These reviews are clearly labeled to indicate their source:

• Verified Buyer – The reviewer purchased the product through our website. After purchasing the product, customers receive an email with a link to review the product. Only one review per product can be submitted via this link.
• Verified Tester – The reviewer received the product via a sample campaign and was invited to submit an honest review. These testers are required to return the product after the testing period, or can purchase the product at a discount.

We clearly label the source of each review. All feedback is published, whether positive or negative. No reviews are paid, and the rating you see is based on all valid published reviews.

No Fake or Misleading Reviews

We don’t allow fake reviews, fake accounts, or review manipulation of any kind. Reviews are never removed or filtered based on opinion, but we may remove reviews that contain offensive language, spam, personal data, or violate our content guidelines.
