I want to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If would like to cancel your order please contact us with your order number and we will issue a refund.
However if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please follow our Returns procedure.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Due to COVID-19 - Some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control. Business is continuing on our website and we, along with our courier company have taken the following precautions in line with Government advice to minimise contact and reduce risk of spreading the virus:
· Hand sanitiser being used when handling goods.
· Drivers will not need signatures on delivery.
· All personnel will keep the recommended 2m distance on delivery.
We offer free next working day delivery on all headphones and speakers if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Accessories are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days to arrive.
All orders are shipped directly from our Bowers & Wilkins factory headquarters.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Quoted delivery times are to mainland UK.
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.
You can track your order by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Orders’.
Pick In Progress means your order is currently being processed.
Shipped means your item has been dispatched and is on its way - you can track its progress via the courier link or by logging into your account.
*Note: Accessory orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail and cannot be tracked.
For card verification, you must enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement.

If your order hasn't arrived you can track it online by logging into your account.
If your order has been shipped but hasn't arrived within the expected time period contact us or call Customer Support on 0800 232 1513 between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) and quote your order no.
My order is incomplete
Multiple items may arrive separately – however if there are items missing in your order contact us or call Customer Support on 0800 232 1513 between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) and quote your order no.
My order is damaged
If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right simply return it to us free within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.

Once received, we will send you an email confirmation and refund you via the original payment method within 7 working days.
If your product was purchased less than 30 days ago, you can return it for a replacement. After that time, a product can be repaired according to its warranty conditions.
