I want to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If would like to cancel your order please contact us with your order number and we will issue a refund.
However if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please follow our Returns procedure.
I want to amend an order
If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
We offer free next working day delivery on all headphones and speakers if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
All orders are shipped directly from our Bowers & Wilkins factory headquarters.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Quoted delivery times are to mainland UK.
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.
A signature/photo upon delivery will be required for all orders. Please note: If you opt for your order to be left at an alternative / safe place directly with the carrier, this is done so at your own risk. Any damage or loss will not be compensated in these instances.
You can track your order by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Orders’.
For card verification, you must enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement.

My order is damaged
If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Free 30 day returns
Bowers & Wilkins engineers its products to provide consistently great sound. Try our products at home for 30 days and find out why we’re the best in our field for top quality audio when you shop directly with us.
If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right simply return it to us free within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.
