Please note that we do authorise your credit card for the full amount of your order upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorised, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. What does authorization on a credit card mean? Credit card authorization is an approval from a card issuer or processor verifying that the customer has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction.
We collect sales tax in accordance with province laws. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax will be added to all provinces within Canada that have a sales tax.
We've taken several steps to ensure that information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorised access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
After you place your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with your order number and the details of the items that you have ordered. You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving your Order Confirmation email by calling Bowers & Wilkins Customer Service at 1800 370 3740. Once you have obtained a returns authorisation & label, the transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 10 business days. We will let you know when your returned item/s have arrived.
Once your return is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, dependent on your card issuers policy.
