I want to cancel an order
It may be possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped, dependant on its status.
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible, so we can check the status & advise.
However if your order is with our fulfilment partner or has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please follow the instructions in our Return policy.
