1.     THE PROMOTION: Subject to all local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Promotion begins at 04:00:00 AM GMT on September 15th and ends at 23:59 GMT on November 30th , 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is sponsored B&W Group Ltd (referred to hereafter as “Bowers & Wilkins” or “we” / “us” / “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Dale Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 2BH, United Kingdom. (“Sponsor”).

2.     ELIGIBILITY: The Bowers & Wilkins ® Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and France only, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who have purchased a Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series Product from an approved Bowers & Wilkins dealer between 15th September 2025 and 31st October 2025 (herein “entrant(s)” or “participant(s)”). Employees, officers and directors of B&W Group Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners as detailed below in clause 3 of these terms. For the purposes of this clause, a “Bowers & Wilkins dealer” means a dealer located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Spain or France included on the following list: https://www.bowerswilkins.com/en-gb/support/find-a-retailer.html.

3.     TO ENTER:   Participants can enter the Promotion by visiting https://www.bowerswilkins.com/en-gb/abbey-road-competition.html and clicking the relevant entry link. Participants must complete all of the following via the official competition landing page:

•  Submit full contact details;

•  Enter the product serial number of their purchased Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series product;

•  Specify the store or retailer from which the product was purchased;

•  Upload a valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice image clearly showing product name, date, and store).

Note: As set out in clause 2 of these terms, to enter participants must have purchased a Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series product from an approved Bowers & Wilkins dealer between 15th September 2025 and 31st October 2025.

Note: Only purchases made through approved Bowers & Wilkins dealers are eligible for entry. Purchases made from unauthorised or third-party resellers (including auction sites or grey market sellers) will be disqualified.

All entries must be received by Sponsor before the Promotion Period closes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per qualifying product purchased. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple qualifying products were purchased during the Promotion Period. You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter to win the prize.  Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Entry must be submitted by the participant. Automated and bulk entries and entries by third parties are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failures of software, hardware, or network infrastructure, or lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise.   

4.     SELECTION OF WINNER: The winners will be announced on or before December 10, 2025. The odds of winning are based on the amount of all eligible entries received. The winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received from each applicable country. The winners will be announced and notified at the end of the promotion on or before December 10, 2025. Sponsor will email each winner a prize claim form for completion. The email will be sent to the email address provided in the competition entry form. The prize claim form must be completed and returned to: Subject line: B&W Group Ltd., Attention: Prize Claim Form, and email :[email protected]. Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return the prize claim form within fifteen (15) days of being notified or be eliminated and therefore ineligible to win any prize. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the prize claim form within the required time period, or is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from all eligible entries received within seven (7) days of the date days of the date the potential winner is determined to be ineligible. Noncompliance with the foregoing, failure to abide by these Official Rules, or return of the prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and naming of an alternate potential winner. If a winner is unable to attend the event on the specified date, fails to respond within 7 days of contact, or is found to have violated any terms, an alternative winner will be selected at random. Up to two (2) alternate winner drawings will be held, after which any remaining prize will remain un-awarded. Alternate potential winner(s) must satisfy all eligibility requirements. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor reserves the right to request additional documentation (e.g. valid photo ID, proof of purchase). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of being false, incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

5.     PRIZE:  Twenty (20) prizes will be awarded in total to twenty individual winners, allocated amongst eligible entries from residents of the participant countries as follows:

a.     United Kingdom – 8 winners

b.     Germany – 6 winners

c.     France – 2 winners

d.     The Netherlands – 2 winners

e.     Spain – 2 winners.

Each winner will receive:

•  A guided visit to Abbey Road Studios, London, on a date in 2026 determined by Sponsor (with the Sponsor to provide at least eight (8) weeks prior notice to the winners once the date has been identified);

•  One (1) night’s accommodation in a hotel selected by Sponsor for each winner (single occupancy, room-only).

Prize Restrictions: Any and all applicable taxes, duties, or declarations arising from the award or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. No travel expenses or additional costs are covered as part of the prize above, including but not limited to: transport (e.g. airfares, taxis, trains), Parking, Travel to and from Abbey Road Studios, visa fees, Meals or other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize/tickets. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No cash alternative or reimbursement will be provided if a winner is unable or unwilling to attend. Only the individual named on the winning entry, who must also be the purchaser of the qualifying product, is eligible to attend. If a winner chooses not to use the overnight stay, that part of the prize is forfeited with no monetary compensation. Accommodation is single occupancy. All incidental expenses (e.g. upgrades, meals, room service) are the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they are eligible and have all necessary visas and travel documents in order to visit the UK. Any prize substitutions, if required, will be at Bowers & Wilkins’ discretion and of equal or greater value.

Studio Visit: The Abbey Road Studios visit will take place on a specific date in 2026, determined solely by Bowers & Wilkins.

•  Once notified to the winner as outlined above, the date and time of the guided visit to Abbey Road Studios are non-negotiable.

•  If the date is changed by the Sponsor for reasons beyond its control and a winner is no longer able to attend on the rescheduled date, the prize cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged, and no cash alternative will be offered.

•  The Sponsor is not liable for any loss, cost or inconvenience resulting from changes to the event date or schedule that are beyond its reasonable control.

Winners shall be subject to any applicable third-party terms and conditions relating to the prize, including complying with any terms and conditions applied by Abbey Road Studios relating to access to the studios.

6.     GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.   WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,  B&W GROUP LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. By entering this Promotion, you represent that you have authority and are eligible to enter. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in this Promotion. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing from among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.         Bowers & Wilkins reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or these Terms at any time where necessary

7.     RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, EACH WINNER AGREES TO PARTICIPATE IN REASONABLE PUBLICITY RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. 8.     DATA PROTECTION: In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation and EU GDPR, the Sponsor is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Promotion. The Sponsor will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to fulfil the prize. The Sponsor’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract. For further information on how your personal data will be used, please read the Privacy Policy at https://www.bowerswilkins.com/en-gb/privacy-policy.html Privacy Policy . For the purposes of administering the competition the Sponsor is required to maintain and publish, on request, a winners list which contains the winners surname and county of residence.

9.     DISPUTES: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

El incumplimiento de lo anterior, la inobservancia de estas normas oficiales o la devolución de la notificación del premio por resultar no entregable pueden dar lugar a la descalificación y a la selección de un ganador alternativo. Si un ganador no puede asistir al evento en la fecha especificada, no responde en un plazo de siete (7) días a partir de la fecha de notificación o se descubre que ha infringido alguna de las bases, se seleccionará un ganador alternativo al azar. Se celebrarán hasta dos (2) sorteos alternativos, tras los cuales los premios restantes se declararán desiertos. Los posibles ganadores alternativos deberán cumplir todos los requisitos de participación. La obtención de un premio está supeditada al cumplimiento de todos los requisitos aquí establecidos.

EL GANADOR DESIGNADO ESTÁ SUJETO A LA VERIFICACIÓN POR PARTE DEL PATROCINADOR, CUYAS DECISIONES SON DEFINITIVAS Y VINCULANTES EN TODOS LOS ASPECTOS RELATIVOS A LA PROMOCIÓN. NINGÚN PARTICIPANTE SE CONSIDERARÁ GANADOR DE UN PREMIO A MENOS QUE Y HASTA QUE SE HAYA VERIFICADO SU ADMISIBILIDAD Y SE LE HAYA NOTIFICADO QUE DICHA VERIFICACIÓN SE HA COMPLETADO. El patrocinador se reserva el derecho a solicitar documentación adicional (por ejemplo, un documento de identidad válido con fotografía o un comprobante de compra). El patrocinador se reserva el derecho a descalificar las inscripciones sospechosas de estar incompletas o de ser falsas, fraudulentas o contrarias a las presentes bases.

5. PREMIO: se concederán veinte (20) premios en total a veinte ganadores distintos, que se repartirán entre todas las inscripciones válidas de los países aplicables de la siguiente manera: 

a. Reino Unido: 8 ganadores

b. Alemania: 6 ganadores

c. Francia: 2 ganadores

d. Países Bajos: 2 ganadores

e. España: 2 ganadores 

Cada ganador recibirá:

• una visita guiada a los estudios Abbey Road, en Londres, en una fecha de 2026 determinada por el patrocinador, que deberá notificar a los ganadores con al menos ocho (8) semanas de antelación, y

• una (1) noche de alojamiento en un hotel seleccionado por el patrocinador (en habitación individual y régimen de solo alojamiento).

Limitaciones de los premios: todos y cada uno de los impuestos, tasas o declaraciones fiscales aplicables derivados del premio son responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. El premio no cubre los gastos del viaje ni los costes adicionales, incluidos, entre otros, el transporte (por ejemplo, billetes de avión, taxis o trenes), el aparcamiento, los viajes de ida y vuelta a los estudios Abbey Road, las tasas de tramitación de visados, las comidas u otros gastos accesorios, que serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. El premio no puede sustituirse, asignarse, transferirse, intercambiarse ni canjearse por dinero en efectivo. No obstante, el patrocinador se reserva el derecho a sustituir el premio por un equivalente a su entera discreción. El patrocinador no reemplazará ningún premio o billete perdido o robado. El premio no es acumulable con otras promociones u ofertas. No se proporcionará ninguna alternativa en efectivo ni ningún reembolso si el ganador no puede o no desea asistir al evento. Solo podrá asistir la persona que figure en la inscripción ganadora, que también deberá ser el comprador del producto adquirido. Si el ganador decide no hacer uso del alojamiento, perderá esa parte del premio sin compensación económica alguna. El alojamiento es en habitación individual. Todos los gastos accesorios (por ejemplo, mejoras de categoría, comidas o servicio de habitaciones) serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. Es responsabilidad del ganador asegurarse de que cumple los requisitos y de que dispone de todos los visados y documentos necesarios para viajar al Reino Unido. Cualquier sustitución del premio, si fuera necesaria, será a discreción de Bowers & Wilkins y de igual o mayor valor.

Visita a los estudios: la visita a los estudios Abbey Road tendrá lugar en una fecha concreta de 2026, determinada exclusivamente por Bowers & Wilkins.

• Una vez que se notifiquen al ganador tal y como se ha descrito anteriormente, la fecha y hora de la visita guiada a los estudios Abbey Road no se podrán modificar.

• Si el patrocinador cambia la fecha de la visita por razones ajenas a su control y un ganador no puede asistir en la nueva fecha, el premio no podrá transferirse, revenderse ni cambiarse, y no se proporcionará ninguna alternativa en efectivo.

• El patrocinador no será responsable de ninguna pérdida, coste o inconveniente resultante de los cambios en la fecha u horario de la visita que estén fuera de su control razonable.

Los ganadores estarán sujetos a todos los términos y condiciones de terceros aplicables en relación con el premio, incluidos los términos y condiciones de acceso a los estudios de Abbey Road Studios.

6. CONDICIONES GENERALES: esta promoción se rige por las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales.  ADVERTENCIA: CUALQUIER INTENTO DELIBERADO POR PARTE DE UN PARTICIPANTE O DE CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA DE PERJUDICAR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO LEGÍTIMO DE LA PROMOCIÓN PUEDE CONSTITUIR UNA INFRACCIÓN DE LA LEY Y, DADO EL CASO, B&W GROUP LTD. SE RESERVA EL DERECHO A EMPRENDER ACCIONES LEGALES Y RECLAMAR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS A DICHA PERSONA HASTA EL LÍMITE PERMITIDO POR LA LEY. La participación en la promoción supone la aceptación plena e incondicional por parte del participante de estas normas oficiales y de las decisiones del patrocinador, que son definitivas y vinculantes en todos los aspectos relativos a la promoción. El hecho de que el patrocinador no exija el cumplimiento de alguna de las disposiciones de estas normas oficiales no constituye la renuncia a dicha disposición. El patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, a descalificar a cualquier persona que considere que intente manipular o perjudicar el proceso de inscripción o el funcionamiento legítimo de la promoción; que infrinja las normas oficiales; o que actúe de forma antideportiva o conflictiva o con la intención de molestar, maltratar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona. Al participar en esta promoción, usted declara que está capacitado y que reúne los requisitos necesarios. El patrocinador y sus agentes no son responsables de (1) cualquier información incorrecta o inexacta, ya constituya un error de los participantes, de impresión o de cualquiera de los equipos o programas utilizados o asociados a la promoción; (2) la intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de inscripción o de la promoción; (3) los fallos técnicos o humanos que puedan producirse en la administración de la promoción o en el procesamiento de las inscripciones; o (4) las lesiones o daños a personas o bienes que pueda causar la participación de una persona en la promoción o la recepción, uso o uso indebido de cualquier premio, directa o indirectamente, en su totalidad o en parte. En esta promoción, solo se podrá ganar el número de premios indicado en las presentes normas oficiales. En caso de que, por motivos de producción, técnicos, de difusión, de programación o de cualquier otro tipo, se ofrezca o se solicite un número de premios superior al establecido en las presentes normas oficiales, el patrocinador se reserva el derecho a otorgar únicamente el número de premios establecido mediante un sorteo al azar entre todas las solicitudes legítimas, válidas y no premiadas. Si, por cualquier motivo, se confirma que la inscripción de un participante se ha borrado, perdido o destruido o dañado de cualquier otra forma por error, el único recurso del participante es volver a inscribirse en la promoción. En caso de que no sea posible volver a inscribirse debido a la interrupción de la promoción o de cualquier parte de la misma, por cualquier motivo, el patrocinador, a su entera discreción, podrá optar por realizar un sorteo al azar de cualquiera o todos los premios ofrecidos entre todas las inscripciones válidas recibidas hasta la fecha de la interrupción. Si, por cualquier motivo, la promoción no pudiera desarrollarse según lo previsto debido a una manipulación, una intervención no autorizada, un fraude, un fallo técnico o cualquier otra causa ajena al control del patrocinador que perjudique o afecte el funcionamiento, la administración, la seguridad, la ecuanimidad, la integridad o el correcto desarrollo de esta promoción, el patrocinador podrá, a su entera discreción, anular cualquier inscripción sospechosa y (a) cancelar o rescindir la promoción o cualquier parte de la misma; (b) modificar o anular la promoción para solucionar el problema y reanudarla de la forma que mejor se ajuste a estas normas oficiales; o (c) sortear el premio al azar entre las inscripciones válidas y no sospechosas recibidas hasta el momento en que se haya producido problema. Bowers & Wilkins se reserva el derecho a modificar, suspender o cancelar la promoción o las presentes bases en cualquier momento si fuera necesario

Y SUS FILIALES, SUBSIDIARIAS, MATRICES, REPRESENTANTES, CONSULTORES, CONTRATISTAS, ASESORES LEGALES Y AGENCIAS DE PUBLICIDAD, RELACIONES PÚBLICAS, PROMOCIÓN, CUMPLIMIENTO Y MARKETING, ASÍ COMO SUS RESPECTIVOS RESPONSABLES, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, REPRESENTANTES Y AGENTES, (LAS «PARTES EXONERADAS») ESTARÁN EXENTOS DE TODA RESPONSABILIDAD EN EL CASO DE QUE SE PRODUZCAN LESIONES, PÉRDIDAS O DAÑOS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, INCLUIDOS LOS DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD O PERSONALES Y LA MUERTE, QUE DERIVEN, EN SU TOTALIDAD O EN PARTE, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, DE LA ACEPTACIÓN, LA POSESIÓN O EL USO O USO INDEBIDO DEL PREMIO, LA INSCRIPCIÓN O LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN ESTA PROMOCIÓN O EN CUALQUIER ACTIVIDAD RELACIONADA CON LA MISMA, O DE CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN RELATIVA A LOS DERECHOS DE PUBLICIDAD, LA DIFAMACIÓN, LA INVASIÓN DE LA PRIVACIDAD O LA ENTREGA DE MERCANCÍAS. LAS PARTES EXONERADAS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES SI ALGÚN PREMIO NO PUEDE CONCEDERSE DEBIDO A RETRASOS O INTERRUPCIONES POR CAUSAS DE FUERZA MAYOR, ACTOS BÉLICOS, CATÁSTROFES NATURALES, CONDICIONES METEOROLÓGICAS O TERRORISMO. AL PARTICIPAR EN ESTA PROMOCIÓN, LOS PARTICIPANTES ACEPTAN QUE LAS PARTES EXONERADAS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE LAS LESIONES, LOS DAÑOS O LAS PÉRDIDAS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, INCLUIDOS LOS DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, EMERGENTES O PUNITIVOS A LA PROPIEDAD O PERSONALES, INCLUIDA LA MUERTE.  

SALVO QUE LO PROHÍBA LA LEY, LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN LA PROMOCIÓN CONSTITUYE LA CONCESIÓN (QUE SE CONFIRMARÁ POR ESCRITO A PETICIÓN DEL PATROCINADOR) POR PARTE DEL GANADOR AL PATROCINADOR Y A SUS SUBSIDIARIAS, FILIALES, PROVEEDORES Y AGENCIAS DE PUBLICIDAD, RELACIONES PÚBLICAS, PROMOCIÓN, CUMPLIMIENTO Y MARKETING, ASÍ COMO A QUIENES ACTÚEN EN VIRTUD DE SUS FACULTADES, DEL DERECHO Y PERMISO PARA IMPRIMIR, PUBLICAR, EMITIR Y UTILIZAR, EN TODO EL MUNDO Y EN CUALQUIER MEDIO CONOCIDO EN LA ACTUALIDAD O QUE SE DESARROLLE EN EL FUTURO, INCLUIDOS, ENTRE OTROS, LA WORLD WIDE WEB, EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO, EL NOMBRE, EL RETRATO, LA FOTOGRAFÍA, LA VOZ, LA IMAGEN, LAS OPINIONES Y LA INFORMACIÓN BIOGRÁFICA (INCLUIDOS, ENTRE OTROS, LA CIUDAD Y EL ESTADO DE ORIGEN) DE CADA GANADOR CON FINES PUBLICITARIOS, COMERCIALES Y PROMOCIONALES (INCLUIDO EL ANUNCIO DE SU NOMBRE EN EMISIONES DE TELEVISIÓN O RADIO) SIN CONTRAPRESTACIÓN, COMPENSACIÓN, PERMISO O NOTIFICACIÓN ADICIONALES. LOS PARTICIPANTES ACEPTAN QUE EL PATROCINADOR SERÁ EL PROPIETARIO DE LAS INSCRIPCIONES, QUE NO SERÁN RECONOCIDAS NI DEVUELTAS, Y QUE EL PATROCINADOR Y SUS REPRESENTANTES TENDRÁN EL DERECHO PERPETUO Y MUNDIAL DE EDITAR, PUBLICAR Y UTILIZAR LAS INSCRIPCIONES DE CUALQUIER FORMA Y EN CUALQUIER MEDIO PARA FINES COMERCIALES, PUBLICITARIOS, PROMOCIONALES O DE OTRO TIPO QUE EL PATROCINADOR O SUS DELEGADOS DETERMINEN SIN CONTRAPRESTACIÓN ADICIONAL PARA LOS PARTICIPANTES O PARA CUALQUIER TERCERO.  

SIN PERJUICIO DE LO ANTERIOR, TODO LO RELATIVO A ESTA PROMOCIÓN, INCLUIDOS TODOS LOS PREMIOS, SE PROPORCIONA TAL CUAL, SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO, YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE APTITUD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO O DE NO VIOLACIÓN. PUEDE QUE ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES NO PERMITAN LAS EXCLUSIONES O LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O EMERGENTES, O LA EXCLUSIÓN DE LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, POR LO QUE ALGUNAS DE LAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES ANTERIORES PUEDEN NO SER APLICABLES. CONSULTE LA LEGISLACIÓN LOCAL PARA CONOCER LAS RESTRICCIONES O LIMITACIONES RELATIVAS A ESTAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES. 

8. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS: De conformidad con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos del Reino Unido y el de la UE, el patrocinador es el responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales que se recopilan para administrar la promoción. El patrocinador tratará sus datos de identidad, contacto y redes sociales con el fin de hacer efectivo el premio. Las bases legales del patrocinador para el tratamiento de sus datos personales con estos fines es la ejecución de un contrato. A efectos de la administración del sorteo, el patrocinador está obligado a mantener y publicar, a petición, una lista de los ganadores que contenga el apellido y la región de residencia de cada uno. 

9. LITIGIOS: estas bases se rigen por las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales, y cualquier litigio estará sujeto a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales ingleses. Salvo que lo prohíba la ley, el participante acepta que (1) todos y cada uno de los litigios, reclamaciones y acciones legales derivados o relacionados con esta promoción o con cualquier premio concedido se resolverán individualmente, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de acción colectiva, y las indemnizaciones se limitarán a los gastos reales por cuenta propia en los que se haya incurrido, incluidos los costes asociados a la participación en la promoción, pero en ningún caso a los honorarios de los abogados; y que (2) no se permitirá al participante, bajo ninguna circunstancia, percibir indemnizaciones por daños indirectos, punitivos, incidentales, emergentes ni de ningún otro tipo, excepto los gastos reales por cuenta propia, ni por ningún derecho a que se multipliquen o de alguna otra manera aumenten, y el participante renuncia por la presente a todos los derechos a reclamarlos.
