Return Policy

We are confident you will love your Bowers & Wilkins product. We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any product within 30-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund for the returned device, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.

If, within 30-days of your purchase from bowerswilkins.com, you are not completely satisfied, please click here to request a return. To get started, please enter the email address that was used to place the order and the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email.

We will provide a free return QR code for all Bowers & Wilkins products being returned. You must return the product to us in its original packaging and include all accessories. Returned products must be dropped off within 7 business days after you receive your return QR code. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, and it is processed, we will give you a refund for the returned product.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.

If you are returning products within the return policy period that were purchased as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle (including any accessories, wires and attachments that accompany each product) must be included in the return order to receive a full refund. For warranty related returns, please refer to the product warranty and contact customer service if the product warranty applies.

Bowers & Wilkins will not refund any shipping charges (e.g. overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
